Earth Angel Signature Crystal Singing Bowl Set of 4 – 432Hz Frosted Quartz

A crystal singing bowl is a bowl made of quartz crystal that sings when you glide a mallet around its rim, creating a long, resonant tone. To play, rest the bowl on its rubber ring and glide the mallet slowly around the outer rim with steady, gentle pressure until the bowl begins to sing. Your free online beginner course shows you exactly how, step by step.

The Earth Angel Signature Set is made for aspiring sound healers who are ready to offer deeply transformative sound baths, and for anyone committed to their own healing journey. Because frosted quartz bowls are forgiving to play, beginners are welcome too: your free beginner course walks you through everything.

The Earth Angel Signature Set has four frosted quartz crystal singing bowls: a 14 inch G#3 (203.9 Hz), a 12 inch C#4 (272.1 Hz), a 10 inch D#4 (305.5 Hz) and an 8 inch G#4 (407.8 Hz), all tuned to 432Hz.

The bowls are 14 inches (35 cm), 12 inches (30 cm), 10 inches (25 cm) and 8 inches (20 cm) across. They stack into one another in your padded case, so the whole set is easy to carry and store.

440Hz is the standard tuning for most instruments. Earth Angel Frequencies bowls are tuned to 432Hz, a slightly lower tuning that many people describe as softer and more soothing. A small 2019 double-blind pilot study of 33 volunteers found that music tuned to 432Hz was linked with a slightly lower heart rate than music tuned to 440Hz, though the research is still early. If you would like your set tuned to 440Hz instead, please email jade@earthangelfrequencies.com.

Nothing else is needed. Every set comes with an Earth Angel padded protective case with custom stacking inserts, 2 silicone mallets, rubber rings for the bowls and a custom note and size sticker in every bowl, plus our free online beginner course that you can start right away.

Crystal bowls are made of quartz, so treat them gently. Keep them in their padded case when you are not playing, rest them on their rubber rings, and avoid knocks or drops. Wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. Please inspect your set when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged.

No. Seven-bowl chakra sets are popular, but a smaller, well-matched set is a wonderful place to start. This four-bowl set uses sharp notes that each reach two chakras at once, so it covers a wide range from the heart down to the root and up to the third eye, and you can always add bowls later.
