Hi, I'm Jade.
I became a sound healer before I knew that was even a thing. I was in the depths of my own healing journey when sound found me — and it changed everything. The anxiety, the disconnection, the feeling of not knowing who I was or what I was here to do — sound healing didn't just help me heal, it gave me a purpose.
I have since trained hundreds of students across the world, shipped crystal singing bowls around the world and built a business that has allowed me to travel, teach and do work that genuinely lights me up every single day.
The mentorship exists because I know what it feels like to want to step into this and not know how. I am not here to give you information — I am here to walk beside you while you become the healer you already are.

The curriculum
6 Phases of Activating Your Inner Sound Healer
Each week opens with a meditation and breathwork practice, moves through teaching and live demonstration, then closes with journaling, introspection and Q&A. Every session is recorded and available to you for 6 months after the program ends.
Learn the anatomy of the autonomic nervous system, how dysregulation shows up in the body, and how to regulate your own state before you ever enter a healing space. You will leave knowing how to safely guide your participants out of anxiety, stress, and sympathetic activation and into deep meditative states, using sound, breath, and your own regulated presence.
Learning Outcomes
- You will learn to distinguish sympathetic from parasympathetic activation in your clients' bodies, and recognize the physical signs of a regulated, receptive state.
- You will understand vagal tone and co-regulation well enough to regulate your own nervous system first, so your presence alone helps guide the room.
- You will leave knowing exactly what to say when someone has a trauma release mid-session, how to offer support without overstepping, and when to refer out.
- You will practice consciously choosing and embodying the sound healer identity as the lens that shapes what you're able to hold for others.
Understand exactly why sound healing works. You will learn the role of each brainwave state, how sound entrains the brain into alpha and theta, what happens neurologically during a sound bath, and why your presence as a practitioner is the most powerful instrument in the room.
Learning Outcomes
- You will learn the physics of sound frequency and how sympathetic resonance explains why your bowls entrain the body without forcing anything.
- You will be able to identify the five brainwave states and know exactly which one you're guiding a client into at each stage of a sound bath.
- You will understand the alpha-theta threshold as the doorway to the subconscious mind, the exact zone you're facilitating people into every session.
- You will learn how heart-brain coherence works, so you can walk into a room already broadcasting the regulated state you want your clients to entrain to.
Learn the chakra system not as a spiritual belief but as a map of the body's energetic architecture, and understand how sound, frequency, and specific bowl tones correspond to and influence each energy centre. You will leave with the ability to design sessions around the energetic needs of your participants, not just their surface-level requests.
Learning Outcomes
- You will learn the full seven-chakra system, location, note, mantra, element and emotional theme, and map each one to a specific bowl tone.
- You will understand the core blockage and balancing practice for each chakra, so you can design a session around what a client actually needs to release.
- You will leave knowing the pathway notes between each chakra, so you can transition a sound bath smoothly from one energy center to the next.
- You will practice using chakra-specific journal prompts, giving you a ready-made framework for one-on-one energy work.
Move beyond surface-level spiritual concepts into a grounded understanding of what energy, vibration, and consciousness actually are, according to frontier science. You will learn the quantum physics that underpins sound healing, how intention shapes frequency, how Cymatics makes vibration visible, and why the ancient understanding of sound as sacred is being confirmed by modern physics.
Learning Outcomes
- You will contrast the Newtonian and quantum models of reality and be able to explain why sound healing makes sense once matter is understood as energy, not fixed particles.
- You will understand your role as a channel, receiving and broadcasting frequency rather than generating it, and what that means for your intention during a session.
- You will learn the basics of cymatics and sacred geometry, so you can explain to clients what sound is actually doing to the water in their bodies.
- You will practice strengthening your intuition through interoception and the art of noticing, so you can read a room and respond to what it needs.
This is where everything comes together. You will learn how to sequence a sound bath according to intention, whether that is deep relaxation, emotional release, trauma-informed holding, or brainwave state induction. You will understand the role of music theory in sound healing, how to layer instruments, how to guide meditations and breathwork, and how to hold space with the kind of grounded confidence that people feel the moment you walk into the room.
Learning Outcomes
- You will learn advanced playing techniques to build a dynamic, layered sound bath rather than a single static tone.
- You will leave knowing how to facilitate a full 60-minute session start to finish, opening the space, guiding meditation, holding the room, and closing the ceremony with integration.
- You will practice sequencing your set from multiple angles, by brainwave state, chakra cleanse, emotional release, or grounding and anxiety relief, based on the bowls in your own collection.
- You will learn how to handle real-life scenarios that come up mid-session, so you can stay grounded and responsive no matter what happens in the room.
Learn the honest, practical reality of building a life around this work, from running your first events to guiding private one-on-one sessions, developing your presence online, attracting aligned clients, and eventually creating the freedom to take this work wherever in the world you want to go, including a shift in your relationship with money that makes all of it possible.
Learning Outcomes
- You will learn to reprogram scarcity-based money beliefs using the Awareness, Question It, Discover The Belief, Reinstall New Belief framework.
- You will leave with a concrete visibility plan, claiming "I am a sound healer" out loud, your Instagram bio, first three pinned posts, and a simple landing page.
- You will learn to price and structure your first event using the cost plus profit divided by capacity formula, and how to negotiate hourly rental vs. a 70/30 profit split.
- You will learn the real range of income streams available, studio classes, private sessions, corporate, retreats, Insight Timer, so you can build a business that fits your life.
