2020
From Anxiety to Freedom
In 2020 I was suffering from anxiety, panic attacks, and living in an abusive relationship. I was desperate for something — anything — to make the noise stop.
Then I found my way to my first ever sound bath. The next 60 minutes shifted my life forever. I felt peace for the first time. Real, deep, cellular peace.
In that moment I knew — I wanted to create this experience for others. My whole life was about to change.
2020
A Calling I Could Not Deny
That sound bath changed everything. I left my relationship and began my healing journey.
For months I wrestled with imposter syndrome. Who was I to do this? I had no musical background, no training, no credentials.
Then I finally said yes — and purchased my first sound healing set. The Earth Angel Set. That single decision opened a portal I am still walking through.
2021 — 2024
Learning the Art of Sound Healing
No training. No musical background. I became obsessed with sound healing and began learning the only way I knew how — by playing for myself and anyone who would listen.
One yes created a life I had never dared to imagine:
- Five years of sound healing full time
- Helped hundreds release years of stored emotion and trauma
- Lived in multiple countries getting paid to do what I love
- 500+ ceremonies and 8 international retreats
- Freed myself from anxiety completely
2025
Earth Angel Frequencies Was Born
The community started asking me to teach. I realised there was a gap — between wanting to become a sound healer and not knowing where to start — that I was being called to fill.
It became my mission to create a platform that takes you from curiosity to confidence. That supports you fully, honestly, and with real love.
Earth Angel Frequencies launched in January 2025. And it has already changed hundreds of lives.

500+ crystal singing bowls delivered to healers across 20+ countries. 100+ certified sound healers trained and now holding space around the world. A growing global community of Earth Angels.
