The Celestial Fairy Empyrean Set has two frosted quartz crystal singing bowls: a 12 inch C4 (256.9 Hz) and a 10 inch D4 (288.3 Hz), all tuned to 432Hz.

The bowls are 12 inches (30 cm) and 10 inches (25 cm) across. They stack into one another in your padded case, so the whole set is easy to carry and store.

440Hz is the standard tuning for most instruments. Earth Angel Frequencies bowls are tuned to 432Hz, a slightly lower tuning that many people describe as softer and more soothing. A small 2019 double-blind pilot study of 33 volunteers found that music tuned to 432Hz was linked with a slightly lower heart rate than music tuned to 440Hz, though the research is still early.
