A sound bath is an immersive healing journey where harmonic frequencies guide your body into deep rest, nervous system recalibration, and emotional release. Using crystal sound bowls, flute, chimes, handpan, and other celestial instruments, I guide you into theta-brainwave states where the mind softens and the heart opens.

I Am Jade Montana a sound healer, yoga instructor and international retreat host based in Gibsons, BC. I have had the honour of leading over 300+ sound healing ceremonies around the world and have witnessed the profound impact this practice has on emotional well-being, clarity, and inner peace.
