What Is sound healing?
Sound healing is an ancient technique that harnesses the power of frequencies to shift beings into meditative states. It works on various dimensions including the subtle- energetic body- by releasing stagnant energy such as stored emotions, allowing you to liberate energy (old emotions) that no longer serve you. It also works on the physical body as it allows our body to actually rest as we shift into deeper states of conciousness and our nervous system can finally take an exhale. This allows your physical body to begin to naturally heal and restore harmony within itself.
Is sound healing scientifically proven?
Yes. Science is catching up to what we already intuitively know. Not all frequencies have been "proven" whatever that means. However, some have scientific research supporting them with some wild findings. You will notice that all of the Earth Angel Bowls are tuned to 432hz and here is why.
In the 1960's The Heart Beat of The Earth, known as the Schumann Resonance, has been proven to vibrate as a frequency of 7.8 HZ. You can see in the visual below of the Earth's Aura radiating this frequency. Not to mention that human intelligence is believed to exist due to this frequency being emitted at all times, without it there would be no consciousness. Now, 432Hz is in harmonic resonance with this frequency, meaning that when you listen to 432hz you are literally tuned into the resonance of the Earth's heart beat. Can Anyone Become A Sound Healer?
Yes.
